Return date after comparision
Hi All,
i have two columns with different dates, i would like to compare these two columns. if the date matches then it should show same date but if it does not match then i want left column date as a output.

Try something like this.
=IF([Date 1]@row = [Date 2]@row, [Date 2]@row, [Date 1]@row)

Wouldn't that be the same as just displaying the first column no matter what? Or am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply!
so, i want to compare dates of Date1 column and Date2 column. The idea is the output should be date 2 if both dates are matching otherwise it should be Date1.

If they are the same, it does not really matter which date you show. They are the same.
