Dashboard auto color metrics.

Is there a way to auto color metrics (derived from Smartsheet Summary section) percentages on Dashboard ?

EX: If the production rate is over the set goal - auto color the percentage number on dashboard to green if not auto color the percentage to red to indicate below goal ?

Can only be done if the metric is coming from a cell (using conditional formatting on the sheet level).
