Linking status to Summary Sheet

Can someone help me with a formula? I want to say if Name on project sheet = name on summary sheet, then give me the Health.

I've tried a few things and keep getting errors.

Could you show us your formula so we know what the column names and sheet names are?

A formula like this would look like the following:

=index({HealthColumn},MATCH([name column]@row,{name column on other sheet},0))

It should be if Business Entity on LER Master Summary = Business Entity on Carbonite and Outstanding LER, then enter the health from the outstanding sheet and copy to the summary sheet
