Formula based on a date that changes the status

I am working on a formula that would change the status once a date has been inputted into the sheet per the attached screenshot.

Try something like this.

=IF([LWB Received Date]@row <> "", "Received LWB", IF([Date Dispatched to LWB]@row <> "", "Dispatched to LWB", IF([Defit Date]@row <> "", "D-Pending Hardware Return", IF([Date of LWB Request]@row <> "", "Pending Decomm"))))
