How do I calculate total business hours of operation in a week

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to calculate the total business hours of operation in a week. Basically if a site is open from 7am to 7pm Sun-Sat what are the total hours of operation for that site. I am new to Smartsheet and I'm having trouble with this. Here is a screen shot of the sheet. And I have attached it.

Take a dig through the below thread and find the solution that converts a time into a usable number.

You would then need to insert a helper column for each day of the week where you use the above mentioned formula to subtract the start time from the end time for each day.

You could then sum up your helper columns.

Maybe I am not understanding this. As I stated I am new to smartsheets and dealing with formulas. I have looked at the thread and I see a formula for calculating time but its still not coming together for me. I added in what would be a "helper" column called Total Operation Hours (see screen shot). Your formulas are calculating lunch time as well but all I need is to calculate the hours from 7am-7pm which should be 10 hrs. I am not seeing how your fomula can be manipulated to do that. Maybe if I understood what the formula was doing that might help.

@tim_sims23 There are a number of different solutions in there. There should be a couple that do not include lunches. Try starting on Page 1. Those first few pages I was able to keep up with having all of the solutions on each page.
