sequential dates in a row

I'm looking for a formula-- if i put in Monday's date the other days/rows will be sequential without me manually adding it

Try something like this.

Add this formula In the Tuesday column and drag it to the right to the other days.

=MONDAY@row + 1

Yes, it will always start on Monday and end on Friday.

Hi Andrée Starå  i did try this before but it kept doing this, it adds an extra '1' at the end of the year. And does not change the day

Make sure that you've changed the column types to Date.
