Need help creating a count formula

Hello,

I am attempting to create a formula that only counts the check box in "Final Workoff" IF the "Amber Items" is true otherwise if the "Amber Items" is false or blank and "Final Workoff" is checked the value should be zero. Any Suggestions?

Try something like this.

=COUNTIFS([Final Workoff]:[Final Workoff], 1, [Amber Items]:[Amber Items], "Yes")

Its throwing an error saying "unparseable". I had to give it a range to look at so I modified it a little to "=COUNTIFS([Final Workoff]2:[Final Workoff]954, 1, [Amber Items]2:[Amber Items]954, "Yes")" and now its throwing a "CIRCULAR REFERENCE" error

I have it added to the formula 5 column in the picture above. It isnt in any of the columns

No they are just "symbol" and "checkbox" type columns
