Using values from column formula cells

I'm having some difficulty performing calculations based on values in columns using column formulas. I've tested the formula on cells that do not have a column formula--everything works just fine.

I get the #INVALID OPERATION error.

Any help or direction would be vastly appreciated. Thanks, Smartsheet Community.

Try adding VALUE( before the function that's trying to do something with a number. It will try to treat the data in the cell as a number in case SmartSheet isn't currently interpreting it as a number.

@Mike TV Thank you Mike, this worked perfectly. I'm still not quite sure where the error is originating as I was able to use a formula without the VALUE operation in a different sheet. Regardless, the issue is resolved so... THANK YOU. :)
