SSO and CNAME
we are having SSO working but when I try to do CNAME I am getting this error
I added CNAME at my DNS to point to SSO.Smartsheet.com.

It sounds like you've set up the Smartsheet side of things correctly. I would personally check other reasons why the error may be coming up, specifically if it's browser-related.

If none of the points from that link work for you, please reach out to Smartsheet Support and provide them with as much information and screen captures as possible. They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you through a private channel.
