Instead of only recently used Smartsheet items on the home page, it would be really convenient if we were able to pin tiles of our most needed sheets.

I think this is a great idea, Samuel. Since the home screen is landing page upon login, it would be great to have items I always click first to be accessible there instead of clicking into the left-side naviagtion bar to find them.
Likewise, I would love to have the favorites tab be organizable by importance to me, not just alphabetical.

It's a nice idea! I personally use the Favorites list (star) for this purpose, which is also pretty convenient.

This would be very helpful. Sometimes the sheets you'd want to pin aren't the most frequently opened.
I think having the ability to pin (organize) your home page would be helpful in our organization. I find myself helping people "find" things in Smartsheet and if they could log in and immediately see them, they would be less frustrated.

I am struggling with using the favorite "star" with Dynamic View. The favorite star is an option within a Dynamic View but the view with the favorite star is not showing up in the favorites menu. The favorite star only seems to work for the file itself, which is a problem because we don't give the end users access to the file, only the dynamic view. I'm guessing this is a bug/defect?
I really like this idea! It could even be a sort-of "Home Screen Dashboard," which could even introduce some of the dashboard elements as well within. Would love a tiled view on the home page that is functional, and live-updating as well on some values (similar to how live tiles and dashboards work within the Azure Portal, even!)
On the main home page, would like to be able to pin a few of my favorites that i use all the time.
Or ones that i only use once a month but need to get to quickly.

The new home page allows me to "don't suggest this", but I want to "please include this every time". Yesterday I worked for about 5 hours in three new grid sheets that I created and several historical ones, and it completely blew out all of the sheets that I want to see on my home page. Now I wonder how many times I need to go in/out of a sheet to get it back on my home page "suggested" list…
