Thank you @Dale Murphy for your prompt response however the video you gave is for DocuSign. I'm looking for the first step in creating a fillable PDF and am unsure of how it will function because I want to receive an automated PDF copy after a row is added or submitted.

@jshah Well, fillable PDF construction is an Adobe function, not a SmartSheet function. If that is what you need, you probably need to go there.

The video shows how to create the mapping from a SmartSheet to a fillable PDF, but does so in the context of a Docusign workflow. If you have a fillable PDF, you should be able to step past the Docusign specific parts.

But you need that PDF first.
