My company has charged a group of us to develop Smartsheet usage best practices/guidelines to be adopted across the Agency. We have made some progress as we have met with all"super users" of Smartsheet and solicited their ideas/inputs. This is a great start. However, I would like to know if anyone in the community has developed something like that(Smartsheet usage Best practices/guidelines) and would not mind sharing some thoughts with me. I would greatly appreciate that. We categorized the write up under the following headings:
BECOMING A SMARTSHEET USER-TRAININGS/ONBORDING
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SMARTSHEET USERS
SMARTSHEET USE FOR SENSITIVE DATA
WHEN A LICENSED USER IS LEAVING THE COMPANY
WHEN QUESTIONS ARISE
