worflows not working anymore today

Hi,

I've set up some basic workflows on a sheet (Trigger: When rows are added, Actions: Lock a row, Copy a row), they have been reliable for a long time and until yesterday evening but this morning none of them are working. I have checked that the sheet were the rows were copied was not full.

When I manually copy the rows to the sheet, this also activates the workflow and the rows are then copied twice.

Is there anyone that could help me solve this issue please ?
