Count Repeated Values

Hey Team,

Please, how could I count repeated values in a column? I have a grid with a column called a quarter, and I would like to count how many times Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 appear.

You would use a COUNTIFS.
=COUNTIFS(range, criteria)
