Yes, Smartsheet is currently streamlining the Bridge experience to improve usability and adoptability.

This process has included the removal of several low-usage legacy Bridge features and the upcoming addition of improvements to the Bridge workflow builder and improving the login experience with the ability to use your Smartsheet credentials.

@Genevieve P. Do you know if they are getting rid of or replacing the Phrase trigger and Web Chat in Bridge? All the documentation for it seems to be gone..

@Genevieve P. thank you for the update. Do you know if there will there be a new way to trigger a bridge workflow outside of bridge then? Web Chat is a pretty handy tool.

@Samuel Mueller Hi Samuel! I think you're going to be in the conversation with myself and Grace on Tuesday and we'd love to learn a bit more abut how you're using web chat then! If you're mainly looking for the "stop" and "start" workflow run buttons those have been relocated to the runlog.

Hi @Danielle Wilson, yes I will be on that call, looking forward to it. I was specifically looking for web chat, not start and stop. I just recently got into using web chat (last month) and had another use case and then I couldn't find it! That's why I was asking the question. Thank you both for responding, I appreciate it.

I am using web chat to allow people to interact with bridge (running a workflow that takes input data given through webchat) without having to log in or have access to bridge - I'll explain it Tuesday.
