Do I need to use Quotation marks when I like to trigger an action based on a Phrase in a cell?
In my template is used for testing. It contains a contact column and a column where a person should advise if something passes or fails. The pass fail cell contains a default value e.g.: Select Pass/Fail from the dropdown.
When clicking on the cell, dropdown forces the user to select Pass or Fail.
I like to send an automated reminder to the contact every two days when the initial default phrase is still in the cell.
Since the phrase is not part of the dropdown, I would use "contains" as the condition and the value is Select Pass/Fail from the dropdown. Do I need to put this phrase in quotation marks as "Select Pass/Fail from the dropdown", so that the automation is not triggered when the cell only contains the word pass or the word fail?
Thanks

You should not need to use quotes.
