Add 1 Month to Date for Multiple Years

Hello

I am trying to build a formula that will add one month to each cell as shown in the sheet below. When a new year starts however I get the error indicated below. Any thoughts on how to fix this are appreciated!

You might want to consider reversing your sheet, so that columns are variables and rows are observations. Continuing like this will be hard work.
