Latest Comment Column - can we remove default name?

Hi Smartans

Can we remove the name that would automatically appear in the Latest Comment column when a comment has been updated, or changing this to an initial instead of the whole name?

Just checking if anyone knows any workaround to this.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
