How can I set up a formula with the star symbol if 6 different conditions are met?

I am trying to set up a formula that looks at 6 conditions and if met, the star will light up. I don't know where to begin. Right now I have

=IF(AND([BG Results]@row = "PROCEED", [Poly]@row = "PASS", [Chief Approval]@row = "YES",[Drug]@row = "PASS",[Medical]@row = "PASS", [Psych]@row = "PASS"), 1,0))))))
