smartsheet api: how to read a certain cells value from google apps script

could someone please help me how to read a certain cells value from google apps script?

I have token, sheet id, col id and row id, but do not know how to do the code.

I haven't personally used Google Apps script before, however based on their documentation it looks like this script is specific for Google products, such as Google Sheets. See:
