Can I use Index/Match for a form that uses automation?

Hello, I have a form that multiple sites use. When they submit the report, I use automation to copy the row to their site specific workspace. I have to go back in and give disposition on each submission and I'm currently having to manually update both places. Occasionally I forget to update one or the other so is it possible to use the Index/Match formula in this case to only update in one place? I tried a formula and I'm getting the #NOMATCH response.
Thanks!

I was able to get the formula to work if typed the formula to look at a specific cell. I'm thinking it may not be possible to use the Index/Match formula if the master sheet will have more rows than the separate site sheets?

Maybe the easiest solution is to setup your automation differently?
I'm guessing your automation does something like "when a new row is added" "when client column = x client copy row to x sheet".
Maybe change it to something like "when a row is changed" "when disposition column is no longer blank" copy to client sheet.

Hey Mike, unfortunately the sites need access to the information as well to update numbers as production continues to run.

Hi @AKrebel
I hope you're well and safe!
Would it work if the updates are made from the Site sheet(s), and then the Main sheet automatically gets updated?
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

@Andrée Starå yeah that would be perfect! Is that possible with multiple site sheets rolling into 1 master?
