Count days based on delay reason

Hi,

I'm trying to calculate "delay in days" based on "delay reason" and add a condition when the delay reason is "scope" it shouldn't calculate as its delay(as per screenshot is 5 days (subtract)) , can anyone help me with the formula?

It would be helpful to know more information about your specific sheet and set-up before we can help create a formula.

Where are the "days" coming from? What are we comparing, to get the number?

For example, do you have an "Due Date" column with a date in it, or a "Finish" date column, and are we comparing that to if the status is "Complete" and today's date? Or do you have another way of tracking with a row is due?
