Parent and Sub Parents not rolling up

Hi, I am just evaluating smartsheet and have just pulled togeather a test project sheet and I am noticing that the Parent and Sub Parents are not rolling up in the Project Duration column

Please see snapshot below

Hello Cathy,

Please enclose a screenshot which is more clear and specify more clearly the problem: which line is not updated.

Duration is normally automatically generated based on a start-date and end-date. Also your Project Duration must be specified in the project settings as the Duration colum (see screenshot) when using a sheet as a planning.

I think your indents are not lined up properly? Close the top most hierarchy Row and if all your Rows don't disappear then as it appears in your screen shot that they are outdented too far?
