Selecting info from different sheet in form
Hi all!
I am somewhat struggling with a "data between cells" case that I cannot seem to figure out.
I want to create a couple of forms that can be used to fill in information about a site visit.
I have a sheet where the projectinfo is stored such as: client name, location, etc.
The form that I've created to be filled out during a site visit is a room based forms to collect info about a room within a project.
To keep the data together in the end I would like to have a link in this form that looks up info in the first sheet containing the project info.
Ideally that would be a dropdown containing this information, but as I've already found online this isn't a possibility with Smartsheet currently.
Is there a workaround to being able to select customer/project data in a form coming from a different sheet?

Hi @Karim Bizid,
Unfortunately Forms only work against one sheet. They do not span multiple sheets (grids). A Form built onto one sheet will not communicate with another sheet.
You can build a form on an interim sheet, and based on the selection (upon submitting the form) the row can be automated to move to whichever sheet you desire.
Hope this helps!
BRgds,
