DD/MM/YYYY Date Column Format

Hello - can there be an option for date cell/column formula to be a DD/MM/YYYY format for Long Date? I understand I can go to my user settings and select English (Malta) which gives me MM/DD/YYYY but that is not the option I want/need. I would also prefer not to have a helper/formula column to make this change.

Without changing the Regional Preferences setting in either Windows or SmartSheet, the best you can do is this:

If that doesn't work, then you'll need to submit an Enhancement Request because SmartSheet doesn't currently have the option which you'd prefer to use.
