Remove Timestamp from Merge cells

I have merged 3 columns (and it worked) however two of the columns are start and end date columns and when it is merged it brings in the time -- which I do not want. Any ideas?

The formula I am using for Week-ending column is =[Week #]@row + "-" + " " + Start@row + "-" + Finish@row

What I want to see in the Week-ending column is -5 - 10/31/22 - 11/4/22

Try wrapping the reference to the date column with DATEONLY. So like DATEONLY(Start@row), etc.
