Archive Records.
I am trying to automatically move records in my main collections sheet that have been validated for more than 45 days into an archive records sheet but this seems not to be working. I have attached a screenshot of the automation setup. I have also attached the formula from the main sheet as well.

The automation is set to trigger when the Archive Date changes but will only run when the Archive Date is in the past. The date only "changes" the one time when it is entered, and I have a feeling it is never in the past when it is first populated. Change you trigger to be date based and run on the Archive Date (and remove the condition). That should get it working for you.

Thanks for the information.
So, once entries are completely at 100%, an archive date is added to the "Archive Records' column which is 45 days after the entry is 100% complete. I then use Automation to trigger "is in the past" to move those records from my main sheet to the "Archive Records" sheet.
Yesterday, 12/1/22, a few entries were supposed to move from the main sheet to the Archive Records sheet. I gave it until today 12/2/22 but the records remained in the main sheet. I had to use the "run now" on the automation to move the entries over.
I am not sure if I have to do this again for the next entry which is 12/10/22 a few more are supposed to move from the main sheet to the Archive Record sheet.
