I want to add the number of assigned resources * the hours worked, then check to see if it is greater or equal to the duration assigned to the task. If false equals red flag, if true equals an empty flag.

Try this not working

=IF(([Work Effort Per Resource (hours)]@row * COUNTM([Assigned To]@row) >= [Duration Converted to hours]@row), 0, 1)

    Hi @JBrown

    I hope you're well and safe!

    Try something like this. (there were some extra parenthesis)

    =IF([Work Effort Per Resource (hours)]@row * COUNTM([Assigned To]@row) >= [Duration Converted to hours]@row, 0, 1)

    Did that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

    Be safe, and have a fantastic weekend!
