formula issue

i need some serious help with formulas. I have formulas that are supposed to pull info from a sheet and when i want to change the column or copy the formula it's changing other forumulas in other rows. this was from a template. i have had to make changes and am not sure how to fix this but i need it to work :( it's so complicated i am not sure how to explain it properly. i have attached some screenshots.
