is this possible? - form fill, populate time, then multiple sheets update based on time

We are trying to automate some contractor time submissions.

Can we:

bi-weekly time sheet - create form that; form pulls drop down contractor name from separate sheet (contractor pay rate). Contractor enters job name from drop down option, enters hours for the week, enters email address and uploads sign off form.

can 2 sheets then take that information to calculate total time for the contractor (he does multiple jobsites during the week) on one sheet. Another sheet takes that info and calculates his pay based on 'contractor pay rate' sheet
