Adding up "revenue at risk" in a sheet summary based on RYG status
Please can anyone give me a hand on how I can add up "revenue at risk" in a sheet summary based on RYG status?
I tried the following: =SUMIFS([Sales Price]:[Sales Price], Status:Status, "Red")
The Sales price column is formatted for US Dollars and I would like the "revenue at risk" summary to be in USD as well.
The status column mixes blanks, reds, yellows, and greens- not sure if that's relevant.

Your formula should work for a total as it is what error is it giving?
In order to get your summary to show in Currency you would click the kebab menu (3 dots on top of each other) in the right corner of the summary field to change the format.

I hope you're well and safe!
I think you mean the Hamburger menu. This is the first I've heard of a Kebab menu. (Now I want kebab) 🤣
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week & Happy New Year!

Many thanks @Hollie Green - I don't get an error, just $0.00. I tried changing the status colours to "yellow" and "green" however, I still get $0.00

Ah! @Hollie Green . I found the problem. Salesforce exports the data for the Sales Price column with a leading " '$ ". Now I need to find a way of removing that ' character from the column! :-(

I'm still learning those formulas myself. But you should be able to create a helper column and remove them. I've seen Left/Right Len and Find formulas used to do this in other posts. Maybe Andree will have that formula for you.
@Andrée Starå It is a kebab menu the three lines on top of each other is the hamburger menu 🙂. If you use the different names for the different stacked menus. Some do refer to all the stacked ones as hamburger. There is all kinds of menus I recently learned about there is a chocolate(also heard it called bento), hot dog, meat balls, strawberry all different ones.

Aha! Every day you learn something new. Thanks! I always referred to them as Hamburger menus, haha.
Here's a reference.
