Is it possible to have a space sheet where the locations are housed.

Then when someone selects the location and submit how do I make it so that if that location is showing for that month of submissions that they are reporting and if their location is not any of the submissions for the month how do i show them as not reporting for that month?

is this too complex?

Do you want to create a "Locations" sheet that will sum the number of submissions made on a separate sheet for each location in the current month? I could help you with formulas if that's what you're looking for.

You could also do this in the submission sheet summary.

I have that already which is the space sheet in order for the locations to match up since this data is being based off the locations we already have

This is the Locations sheet that has a column to count the number of submissions entered in the past 30 days for that location on the Submissions sheet.

This is the Submissions sheet, which has a formula to check the row if the Date is within the past 30 days. That's a helper row to simplify the Number of submissions formula on the Locations sheet.

This could also be set up by calendar month. Just wanted to make sure I understand the sheet setup first.
