New and Improved Sharing Emails now generally available!

Hi Community, 

 

We redesigned the Smartsheet email template for sharing emails. The emails are now more easily scannable and provide additional context about the sharing invitation to the reader by displaying the image/avatar of the person who shared the Smartsheet asset and listing other collaborators with access to it. This will encourage more stakeholders to view the shared asset and collaborate further with the sharer.

This is available to licensed users on all plan types.

You can also stay informed by subscribing to receive product release updates for curated news of recently released product capabilities and enhancements for the platform of your choosing, delivered to your inbox. As new releases occur, you will receive a daily email with news of what's released. (Emails will only send daily, Monday-Friday, as new releases are available).
