Current User View Question
Hello Smartsheet Community,
I am building out a grid / sheet for our sales team and want to use the Current User View so that any time a report opens this sheet, they only see their customer information. That said, I build a filter within the grid / sheet that when Sales Rep, is on of, Current User it shows me just my customer information. When I open the sheet, it filters out all of the sales reps expect for me. When I sent a couple of other sales rep the link to this grid / sheet and they open it, they see everyone.
Now when I went to share the share with the other sales reps, I did update the default view to be my "Current User View" filter and that still did not work.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? It works when I create a report, but I want the sales reps to be able to update any fields necessary as things change with their customers.
Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Users should be able to update fields in a report as long as they have editor access to both the report and the underlying sheet(s).
As for the sheet filter... You will need to make sure that the filter has been shared (checkbox in the filter builder), and other users will need to apply the filter when they open the sheet.

I hope you're well and safe!
To add to Paul's excellent answer/advice.
To add an image to a cell through a Report, you'd select the Row Actions options and then Edit and then click on the Kebab menu on the cell and select Insert Image.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!

Thank you for your feedback on my question concerning current user view. One thing I did notice that you are not able to do on the report is add in images. For example, if a sales rep wants to upload an image of their contact in the report they are not aloud.
