Multiplying Number in One Column, Result in Next Column

Hello,

I am trying to create a function to take a number from one column, multiply by a set amount and to return the result in the next column, but I am not finding an easy function for this.

I am familiar with doing this in Excel, but not SmartSheet.

Well, you can write something like this where it will multiple the value in Column1 of the same row by 5:

=[Column1]@row*5

Or you can write something like this to multiply Column1 by Column2:

=[Column1]@row*[Column2]@row
