How can I extract a report to show all the sheets/ workspaces associated with a licence

Please can someone advise as to best practice for getting a full list of sheets created by a particular licenced user on our company account.

The System Administrators for the company Smartsheet account have access to user reports in their user management portal that can pull that information. The user access report shows all sheets that the user's license is shared with and also indicates the owner of the sheet. So the final step is to sort on the owner column and remove any unwanted data.

Can you confirm if I get the user access report by:

Clicking on more actions under "User Management" then sheet access.

Or should I go to the specific licence in question and then select download sheet access report

Either option works!

The difference is that in the first screen capture, the Sheet Access Report pulls data across your entire plan. (See: Admin Center: Bulk Actions and More with User Management)

In the second screen capture, this Sheet Access Report is specific to that one user. (See: Admin Center: Add, edit, or delete users)
