I am working on a sheet summary for a dashboard.
I have a column "Contract Status with a drop down down menu of choices, (Closed, Under Contract, Pursuing)
and another column "States" that denotes which state the contract is being negotiated in.
I want to count if the contract status is Closed and is in the state of Florida. My state column is not a drop down menu is this an issue?
I keep getting #unparseable as a response to the COUNTIFS formula. Can someone please help if they've experienced the same issue?
