Good afternoon. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a master sheet with a parent row that has multiple subsections. Please see below screen shot. One row of the subsection reports the DG REM. I have made a column separate from the parent row which I have tied to the DG REM. So when input the DG REM it immediately ties to the separate column.

I am trying to count how many DG REMS are "mario parsons" approved in 2023. However, I keep getting a #blocked for my formula. I'm just curious if i need to be using a different formula because of the parent- child relationship?

Double check the two columns your formula is referencing. That particular error comes from when a cell being referenced already contains an error.
