Sumifs formula only works on one row

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to use sumifs to calculate total number vacations days a person has referencing another sheet. The formula works for one person but not any other names.

Here is the formula:

=SUMIFS({Team Vacation Planner Range 2}, {Team Vacation Planner Range 3}, Employee@row, {Team Vacation Planner Range 4}, <=TODAY())
