Merge and Center

I need to

merge and center a specific cell in this smartsheet without modifying the original column size

For example, in the photos, the cells that have text need to be elongated, but the percentage cells can be reduced in size.

can anybody help me?

That type of formatting is not possible in Smartsheet.
