Data Not Pulling Into Portfolio Metrics

I'm using the Project Management Office Template set.

The data on the Portfolio Metrics sheet is not populating correctly. For example, even with the sample data that's populated the Total column is populated, but it's not breaking out the total by Category type. The '2' shown in the picture is the total. The '2' should appear under the appropriate category in the columns on the right. I renamed the categories, but did not change the sample data so I don't understand why the data isn't appearing in the appropriate column.

Any ideas?

If you changed the categories, did you update the formulas in the category columns?

I updated the formulas and after I couldn't get the correct outputs, I started over and have been testing step by step to find out what the issue was. I still haven't been able to identify the cause, but so far it seems to be working ok.
