Not pulling linked field from Jira into smartsheet

Hi,

I have a linked field "Acccount" in Jira that is not pulling into Smartsheet even though it's mapped in the connector. When selecting on the link it goes to a tempo page. Is this supported?

Hi @Katie S.

You mention "tempo" - is the field you're trying to pull in from Tempo for Jira? If so, then no, third party fields are not currently supported in the Smartsheet and Jira Connector.
