Issued with Formula F4 references

Hi All

I am having issues changing the cell reference in my formula. The F4 isn't working. Anyone had this issue before?

Hi @Jeffrey McMillan. This is new for me. What was F4 supposed to do? What stopped working?

F4 changes the absulte reference to lock in the cell in your formula. It helps for when you copy and paste the formula it will stay locked on the references cell...... but for some reason its not working.
