Help with a formula
Hi Brain Trust
I am trying to create a formula that will pull specific info out of a rather complex sheet - has over120 columns
so in a new sheet, I want to pull just the name IF "Depart" is "OPS" and state is "WA"

I need to extract details from Sheet 1 - but I only need name and the state
So IF "DEPT" is "OPS" and "STATE" is "WA" add "Name" to Sheet 2
