Backing up workspaces within a workspace

It would be great if there was a "one click" way to request a backup of all of the workspaces within my Workspace folder.

This would be much more efficient than having to request a backup for each subordinate workspace individually.

Pictures on forms
Would love to see that pictures can be added as a feature onto forms. This would help with creating a customer order form. Ideally, being able to display a photo with description and option to select would be helpful
Archive
I would like to have a way to archive items that I want to be able to refer back to but not have on my active work spaces to lessen clutter. I created a folder for individual sheets to go into but can't do that with workspaces.
Dashboard deleting widgets in the middle
In an active dashboard, if you need to remove a widget that is no longer needed, it would be handy to have a pop-up which could ask if you want the widgets below to be moved up. The cut and paste could be a bit better too. :-)
