How to send calendar deadlines via smartsheet to outlook

Hello,

I have a release schedule in smartsheet. I would like to send notifications to various teams to alert them of testing due dates or upcoming releases, etc.

I understand individuals can link their outlook with the release schedule but i would like to send emails as well.

@SharonY SmartSheet basic workflow uses email as the main way of delivering messages. Isn't that what you need? Otherwise, as Andree said, you need to elaborate a bit.
