Is there a way to copy certain cells from one SS to another without creating new row?
I have a project that I am managing in SS. The customer also has the same project they are managing in SS (their own domain). I have admin rights to both, but my admin rights in theirs is assigned to my gmail, whereas my sheet is assigned to my company email address. They need to see only certain information from my sheet, but they want it on theirs.
Is there a way that when I make changes to mine, it will change theirs?
ex: my sheet has 10 columns, but they only need to see 5. when i update any of the 5, i need theirs to populate with what was changed. I cannot seem to get the automation to work for copy rows, and i'm concerned that every-time a change is made, it will make numerous rows.
thank you!

@Deanna Copello Could you use a unique RowID as a lookup between the 2 sheets with column formulas? That's one way. If you have DataMesh that would be an option too, as long as your DataMesh app has access to both sheets.
Otherwise, there might be a 3rd party tool that can do this. I can inquire about this with a developer of Smartsheet tools to see if they have something already made. Send a message to me at smartsheetguru.com/contact and I'll respond to you either way if you are interested.
You could start with linking the sheets with formulas or DataMesh if you have access to it.
