If column 1 has the word "yes" is there a formula that will place a value of "482000" in column 2?
Thanks in advance
Hi Stephanie,
Try this.
=IF([Column 1]1 = "Yes"; 482000)
The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience. =IF([Column 1]1 = "Yes", 482000)
Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Andree,
Thank you, that works great! Now let me take it one step further. How do you adjust the formula to include if column 1 is "No" then the value in column 2 is "481000"?
Thanks again,
Steph
Happy to help!
Try this. I've also updated the formula with the @row function so you don't have to worry about the row numbers.
=IF([Column 1]@row = "Yes"; 482000; IF([Column 1]@row = "No"; 481000))
The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.
=IF([Column 1]@row = "Yes", 482000, IF([Column 1]@row = "No", 481000))

Thanks for your help. It worked just like I wanted it to.

Not all of our external partners ever set foot on our campus and don't have our company credentials. I have a couple of questions. Has any other…
I can create a Chart in Dashboard from sheet well but from Report is not working now. I just try with simple Report (just contain 2 column Primary and Number) but cannot make the chart. Is there any changes recently right, because I haven't worked with Smartsheet dashboard for a long time and I remembered that I could do…
