I'd like to send a weekly alert/action to remind each owner on the sheet to go into the sheet (not using a form) to make their updates. What's the best way to do this? Thanks!
Hi Stephanie,
I would recommend setting it up with the help of Alerts & Actions or with a scheduled delivery as an attachment of the sheet.
Which method would you prefer?
Have a fantastic week!

I'd like to generate some kind of alert. The email would ideally have a link to the sheet instead of a link to a form...
Ok.
Recurring alerts are coming but aren' available today so I would recommend scheduling to send the sheet as an attachment or send a weekly report. It's possible to set up an alert to trigger, but it's more work to set it up.
Would that work?

What if I did it manually each week? I'm trying to get an email to generate for each person shared to the sheet that takes them back to the sheet and not a form.
There will be a link back to the sheet automatically included. If you'd prefer you could send it out manually, but it will probably be cumbersome because you would have to add the email addresses manually.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Sheet has been shared. I simply want to generate an email to each person shared to this sheet. It would serve as a weekly reminder for them to go into the sheet and to make their weekly updates on status, % complete, etc for the projects they own. Thanks!
I misread your question. If the users are shared you can manually email all users or set it up to be automatic. (I've also emailed you a screenshot)
Need help: We are using an approval request automation where we would like to incorporate a SharePoint link rather than a file attachment to the request. We have a sheet column with the hyperlink, but it does not show up in the approval email or it shows up as a LONG URL. Needs to function both from desktop computer as…
I am the owner of a workspace that has multiple sheets and a dashboard. There are 3 Guests with Admin permissions for the whole workspace. They can edit the sheets, but not the dashboard. Is there a different type of permissions or some kind of limitations to dashboard editing for Guests?
I am looking at trying to build a multi-select option raffle form. Lets say a form user has 5 options or "tickets" they can put into a bucket of goods for a raffle. I would like for the user to put in any combination of entering tickets per good that they can with the five tickets they have. I will put in a picture of what…
