Exclude one item for the count

how can I exclude N/A on the count if N/A is selected

Formula:

=COUNTIF(CHILDREN(), "Done") + "/" + COUNT(CHILDREN()) + " (" + ROUND(COUNTIF(CHILDREN(), "Done") / COUNT(CHILDREN()) * 100) + "%)"

Change both of these portions

COUNT(CHILDREN())

to say

COUNTIFS(CHILDREN(), NOT(@cell = "N/A"))
